Nearly 30 weeks pregnant with my third child had a severe headache since the night before last do I need to ring a midwife?

It's mostly on one side over my left eye and is like someone is hitting me with a hammer from the inside. Paracetemol isn't touching it. I am stressed atm too so have put it down to that until now but am slightly concerned. Is it worth bothering the community MW about do you think or should I just see how it goes?

Sorry I only got to see a mw today! Took my blood pressure and it was slightly higher than usual but nothing to worry about, urine also fine she wants me to book an appointment for a full blood count because she thinks I might be anaemic and so do I. I also asked what you have to do if I want a homebirth and all I have to do is book one. She said i'm the ideal candidate but dp isn't so sure especially as he's recently spent a week laying solid oak floors downstairs and me talking about inflatable birthing pools is not impressing him.
