Constant nausea!!!

I'm now 7+1 and the morning sickness properly kicked in 3 days ago, I've been sick 2 of the days but the nausea is just always there.
I've tried having some biscuits as soon as I wake up yesterday and today. I've now got some travel sickness bands which I'm using most of the day and trying to drink more water.

Is there anything else that can help?! I hate having any type of nausea but when it's constant, it's just getting me so down!

Hi @horsey92 sorry I know this sucks!

Things that worked for me:

Having something as soon as I woke up. I had some plain biscuits in my bedside table and would have a nibble when I woke up.

CARBS.CARBS.CARBS. Potato waffles, fries anything beige was pretty much all I could stomach.

Eat often. I would consciously have something often as if my blood sugar levels dropped it would make the sickness worse.

Salty things. Old Skool Chipsticks crisps were life. Very immediate relief so particularly good if I had a client meeting and needed to be okay for a little while.

Ice cold water. Also couldn't stomach tap anymore.

Try taking vitamins before bed in case you notice a difference.

Things I have heard for other people:

Sea sick bands.

Ice pops.

Ginger biscuits (try and get really pure ones as otherwise I found these too sweet)

Ginger tea. (ginger beer doesn't actually have ginger in it so don't bother with that)

My best advice is when you realise something you eat or fancy works for you, have no regard for what it is or how many calories etc just do whatever you need to feel better.

Also don't be afraid to talk to your GP if it's really bad because there are anti sickness tablets for the right situation.
