I’m currently 34+4 with my second and have always wanted a home birth but have been dissuaded by the midwife and consultant due to previous pregnancy (full placenta previa, placenta abruption,EMCS under GA)
But this pregnancy has been amazingly smooth and no issues what so ever. I have PTSD from first pregnancy so I feel, being able to do it at home would be so much better for me.
Who’s decision is it to allow me to birth at home? The midwife or mine?
Has anyone had a home birth during COVID times? I’m tier 4 if that makes any difference.
