Period late, but negative test..

Hi!

Wondering if anyone has had a similar experience to the below?

Usually regular to the dot, but currently I am 3 days late, I did a clear blue test (but didn't read the instructions, drank a load of water first and did it in the middle of the day not FMU!) which came up as negative.

I have no PMS symptoms similar to my usual ones so it doesn't seem to be on the way either, but do have the below:

-constipation
-tiredness
-a lot of saliva in my mouth
-a few days ago there was pink/brown spotting blood when I wiped only

Last month, I think I had a chemical pregnancy as my period lasted 2 days only and was super heavy with big clots which it never usually is and is usually 5 days. Plus, I had a metallic taste and coffee aversion.

Could this be a delay of my period after a chemical? Has anyone had a false negative with clear blue rapid detection?

Such a frustrating thing when you feel pregnant!

I’m in the same boat. came off the pill end of September. My first two months both my cycles were bang on 30 days each.

My AF was due to arrive on Monday. So two days ago. I tested last Tuesday and it was negative. Didn’t have any symptoms so not sure why I tested. It was just a normal clear blue test.

Well I’m now two days late. And have just taken a test... and it’s negative. I know it sounds silly but I’m gutted as really thought I was. The past few days, I’ve been feeling extra thirsty, feeling the erge to wee more (which is probably now looking at it, linked the drinking more). Tender boobs and I just generally felt different. I can’t explain it, I just feel different. I’ve also been getting waves of nausea too.
I just felt pregnant 😂😂 which is so silly I know.

This is all baffling and guess AF will arrive soon xx
