Early scan 6 weeks - scared

I had an MC in November. Three weeks later my tests were bright positive.

I've been invited for a scan on Friday to double check it's definitely a new pregnancy and not a continuation of the last! I'm either 6/7weeks pregnant or 12!

I'm terrified. I haven't had a period since my MC so dates are all over the place.

Has anyone else got PG straight after an MC? X

What am I likely to see if I am only 6 weeks?

What a stressful time for you. A scan at six weeks should show a sac and a foetal pole, I have had a heartbeat at 6 weeks but it is perfectly possible not to be able to see it then but still have a healthy pregnancy.
