So I currently have the 'right I've had enough of the pain daily and I'm not going to let it beat me' attitude only to move an inch and end up crippled in pain thinking 'don't be so bloody stupid your useless with these conditions'! I genuinely wish I could just suck it up and get over it like people think is possible... I'm so fed up of this crap! Should I just try and get over it and 'pretend' I'm a healthy 'normal' person and grin and bare it 🤷🏼‍♀️

You shouldn't pretend all is normal.

You should visit the pelvic partnership website and book in with an osteopath or chiropractor experienced with treating pregnant people.
