23+2 and scooped my 18 month old up quickly this afternoon, had the most HORRENDOUS pain around my pubic bone area. Honestly thought I was in labour.
Managed to get home and it eased slightly but still hurts.
Could it be PGP/SPD triggered by picking up my daughter? Husband wants me to call doctor if not better tomorrow but Dr Google tells me it’s most likely that.

Who needs a doctor when you have a wifi connection?
Seriously you had very strong pain, you are still in pain, get checked .

I've never had pgp pain come on strongly like that from not having had it. It tends to be more progressive, though certain movements hugely aggravate it.

Pelvic partnership website is the pgp bible. Check it out to see if it might fit.

Yep - I stupidly hoisted up a 20kg sack of chicken feed at 14 weeks in my first pregnancy and same thing happened.

It has eased up a bit today just more achy round my thighs but I did manage to go for a slow-ish 30min walk with no harsh pain. I’ll avoid lifting as much as I can while DH is off work but think it must have been that rather than anything more serious.
