Nub theory guesses?

These are photos from my 12 week scan where I was dated 13w0.

I think both images show the nub? But not sure what I’m looking for in order to guess sex? Any experts?

Iv had two daughters and mener saw a 'nub' now pregnant with 3rd and this is my 12 weeks scan (13+1) on the scan and we are sure we can see it, have booked early gender scan for 16 weeks now so I'll pin this to see if we correct as we think boy and I'm saying boy for you too

@Bogardicia ohh interesting! I would love another daughter, all children are wonderful but OH would love a son. So excited to find out in a few weeks. Will definitely update x

@Bogardicia thanks for guessing! I’m not going to find out sex before birth so it’s just a bit of fun I know but the skull seems square which would suggest boy? No idea if the nub is up or flat 😂

@Ginger33 how do you know what to look for? I've had my 13 week scan and I really can't tell anything or a see a nub.... would you mind taking a look at mine? X

Hi @AnxiousAnnie86 I’ve been told that a girl nub will be more parallel with the spine while a boy nub will be raised at an angle of 30°. I highly doubt it’s in any way accurate - just some fun - most of my scan photos didn’t show any nub but I found these that did so thought I’d post and see if there were any experts or maybe sonographers willing to make a guess for me!
