First trimester diet

Hi!

I am in the first trimester and just over being a "healthy weight".

Obviously I don't want to go on a really low calorie diet, just looking to eat healthily, and exercise to perhaps lose a bit of fat during this first trimester.

Any good, healthy meal ideas??
