I know everyone is busy enjoying holidays with their loved one and my apology to bring your attention away from your current happiness.
I had two mmc this year and was hoping and praying for a healthy Pregnancy. My hubby had to move out for his job ,therefore trying for pregnancy became a little difficult. Few weeks ago I got a postive pregnancy test.My it knew no bounds but at the same time I became anxious due to my previous history.I contacted early pregnancy unit and they offered me an early scan.As I felt that was very early and probably we wouldn't be able to see anything at that point,I booked a scan 2 weeks later.During scan they found heart beat and told me I was 5.5 weeks pregnant and also mentioned I had a collapsed corpus luteum on my left ovary. I was so excited that I didn't ask anything about the collapsing corpus luteum. When I came home and discussing the result with my hubby,I realized corpus luteum should not collapse at that point (I am not a gyne obs specialist but doctor of different speciality). Then both of us thought if it was anything abnormal try would have told us?
Anyway,I week later ,On Christmas eve, when hubby was away for night shift,I started to bleed.Inially it was spotting and then increased overtime.I contacted early pregnancy unit and they offered me to review me.No scan was available and I refused an internal exam since No female doctor was available. Upon my request they offered me some progesterone pessar ies. I had passed some clot yesterday.I didn't have any severe pain but had mild pain and abdominal discomfort. Afterwards my bleeding started to decrease.
I am due for a scan on Tuesday,at this point I feel it's high like that I lost it unless some miracle happens.
Hubby couldn't come home since he doesn't drive and there was no transport till today morning and in the morning I asked him to finish his shift as hospital needs him during this pandemic. Also he just lost his both parents this year ,I don't know how would he handle this when he comes to me.
I don't know why I am writing this.May be just letting it out of my chest.

Is there anyone who had experienced collapsed corpus luteum during pregnancy?Would you like to share how dis it go?
The most frustrating things when someone says unless you have 3 mc,we won't look into cause or treatment as if having
mc is full of funSad.
Thank you for reading this.
