Bum pain!

I’m 17 weeks and for the last 3 or 4 weeks have had horrible pain in my left buttock. It’s only when I’m walking, I can’t work out if it’s muscular or a pinched nerve etc. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to relieve it? Walking/being active makes it worse, but I’m bored stiff not being able to go for a walk once a day. I suffered from SPD last pregnancy and can feel it creeping in this time too so I assume it’s related to that. Thanks x

@Floopyandtired sounds like sciatica. I have it, and the only relief is sitting on a tennis ball and letting it dig in / rotate it x

I have exactly the same thing! I don't think it's muscular because it doesn't hurt/feel tender to touch but it fair comes keen when I first stand up and start walking and sometimes when I roll over in bed. I figured it's a bit of mild sciatica so any tips anyone has would be great as I've still got a loooong way to go yet 😒

Definitely sounds like sciatica. Google stretches to help relieve it. It’s a nerve issue. I hope you find some relief.
