Maternity Bras

When to buy maternity bras?

With my first, I remember going up to an E-F cup. I am usually a D cup but now edging into a DD at 20 weeks pregnant. I don't want to waste money on new maternity bras yet as I will probably go bigger.

When should I buy my maternity bras/feel sure that I will be staying at that size (I am still comfortable in my bras that I have right now but they are starting to get to the point where I need new ones)? At what part of pregnancy did your breasts get to their biggest?

Should I buy maternity bras but choose a bigger size than I currently am?

Hello, I bought my first maternity bra at 19 weeks as my regular bras were so tight! I'm now 22 weeks and having been getting on well with this:

It has more hooks on so can expand as you grow and was recommended by my friend who has just had her second. They are only £13 each so cheap if you want to give just one a try like I have. I am usually 32D but have taken a 34 B-F. The fabric isn't super soft, but fine for now and will explore others too. Can't go wrong for the price if you are getting bigger and don't want to waste money!
