Anyone else feeling the same? I feel like an actual zombie.
I felt okay for a couple of weeks at 19weeks now feeling like total crap again.

I just woke up but still feel exhausted. Plus every day I wake up with what feels like a cold - stuffy face, sore sinuses, runny nose but it never turns into anything!
Plus I still feel sick a lot of the time.

I don't even know why I'm writing, just looking for others in the same boat I guess. Nobody understands. I think lockdown is getting to me too (not that I have the energy to go and do anything!) and I just want to cry 😭

Me! 27 weeks tomorrow but have felt absolutely beaten down for a few weeks now. I'm in the third trimester tomorrow and definitely feel like that second trimester glow and burst of energy got lost in the post!
Sympathy and solidarity OP xxx

I’m 19 weeks and feel the same. Just in the last 24 hrs I feel so sick as my heartburn and reflux has been turned up 5 notches. I feel shattered and sick... not what 8 expected in the second trimester.

I've got the sinus thing too, its been driving me mad. I've found sucking an ice cube helps reduce the inflammation and lessens it somewhat.

I find if I feel weepy, having a cry can actually help so I put on some soppy film and sob. Usually feel much better afterwards!

I’m 22 weeks and feeling the exact same, this is my third (have a 5 and 2 yr old)

Feel like I have a cold every morning when I wake up, but it usually passes after an hour or two.

Can’t remember being this tired with either of my previous pregnancies! I’ve been going to bed at 8/8:30 every night!

bunhead34 · 27/12/2020 13:03

I had a sob this morning -the cat didn't know where to look 😂

I've left a message with the midwife today asking for a blood test, perhaps the tiredness is anemia or a thyroid thing 🤷🏼‍♀️ I have been told my thyroid level is low before. My luck they won't bother to call me back tho.
I've an appointment with the midwife on the 31st but just a phone appointment.

Oh the reflux is awful, I now just have constant burning in my throat - I think
It's damaged 🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm 26 weeks. I get really breathless most mornings. It's either standing or sitting. Can breathe fine laying down on my side. After a two hour nap, I'm pretty much fine???

I've just been tested for anaemia but it doesn't feel like that cause it comes and goes.

It's a nightmare when trying to mind my toddler!!!

With my first I didn't experience it but was beyond tired with my second. It was low iron. Once I was given iron tablets, I felt like a new person! That will come up in a blood test if you get one from the midwife

Hi OP , I'm 33 weeks & ive admitted defeat , I let the exhaustion win
I'm sleeping 12+ hours & wake up feeling worse & almost feeling like I'm hungover
My daily routine now is - work , eat , bath & then bed. Mostly before 7pm too
