Sorry for a bit of tmi - Ah the joy of pregnancy. 22 weeks with DC2 and have had them pretty bad since day 1. Mostly apparent through pain when a bit consitpated, but also with occasional streaks of blood.

However today panicked as I had no pain passing stool but noticed a lot of blood in the bowl and when wiping. Panicked I was miscarrying but on closer inspection think(hope!) it must have been a burst blood vessel. Can this be painless? Or should I worry?

I'm not getting regular movement but have felt movement this evening. Last about 2 hours ago.

@RMarieClaire personally I have always had pain when suffering with haemorrhoids, but that's not to say that they may not be painful. If I was you I'd give the maternity unit a call just see what they say xx

Yes, this has happened to me from a hemorrhoid, no pain but bright red blood dripping into the toilet.
