Pregnancy acne

Hello all, I am about 5 weeks pregnant & my face is already covered in acne. Is there anything I can do to get ride of these acne causing huge bumps & spots on my face?

Nothing helps it's - never had acne pre pregnancy!

Im now 29+2 and still with acne. Some days i thought it was getting better but then i'll see new bumps so yeah, still a cycle. I use cerva cleanser, skin&me azelaic10% and niacinamide 4%, acnecide cream.. no improvement. Im just gonna stop my skin&me prescription, havent finished the 2nd month but thats it for me. Maybe i'll try tea tree
