13w - period type ache

Hey,

I'm 13+2 and have that period type ache in my back/bum. I'm also quite moist (discharge) down below! No blood or sharp pains.

Should I be worried?

Probably not. Take a paracetamol and bath (but not super hot) to see if that helps. If it doesn't, text midwife.

Your uterus is stretching. It is bound to be crampy. Try not to worry (yeah I know easier said than done). Good Luck.
