Really need some advice ladies..

Last period was 13th October, positive pregnancy test and symptoms; sore boobs, nausea and extreme tiredness.

Just had an early scan of what should have been 10weeks pregnant.

Tummy scan showed nothing, internal scan showed a very small sac of which I was told wasnt off a size of a 10week pregnancy. Told maybe I got my dates wrong and wasnt as far along as I thought. But it was a planned pregnancy and everything was tracked so I know dates are correct.

Then told it could be a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy.. i have had no pain or bleeding whatsoever. Being referred to the hosp for more tests.

I don't understand any off it at all.. just done another test at home and still says pregnant..

Any advice would be greatly appreciated xox

@Mummyto1crazy1
Hiya, a pregnancy test can sadly read as positive for a good 4-8 weeks after a miscarriage at this stage. Just don't want you building your hopes up.
Unless you fell pregnant in November for it to be a small sac, maybe this one isn't meant to be?
My friends who have had this, fell pregnant again straight after. I hope it all works, and if this isn't successful, I'm sure your time soon will be x x

If they've seen the sac and it's in your uterus then it can't be ectopic..... unfortunately this sounds like a silent miscarriage sorry OP x

Thanks for getting back to me girls.

Yeah the ectopic didn't make sense to me because of the sac but that was an option she told me, I found it strange.

Had an app in hosp and was confirmed as a blighted ovum, an empty sac.. no embryo ever formed. The sac stopped growing at 6 weeks and I should be over 11 weeks now and it's only starting to pass

It's been a tough xmas and start to the new year, just want it over with so can try again

Xox
