I woke up during the night with a really random muscle twitch in my upper arm just below my shoulder and it still hasn't gone away!
I've tried stretching it, massaging it and it's not done anything. It's making my whole right arm just feel a bit tingly 😞
Any ideas what might randomly be causing this? I have had random muscle twitches before but I usually only get them in my eyes so now I'm just worrying myself.
