Leaking breasts - 2nd trimester

Last night my breasts started leaking clear fluid. A rapid online search reassured me that it wasn't anything to worry about. But as I'm only 22w it's earlier than I would have expected it to start (1st pregnancy).

Did anyone else start leaking in second trimester? Once you started, was it regular or only occasional? Did you keep leaking for the rest of pregnancy?

Yes around exactly the same time, only really noticed it when I was in bed and lay on my side as it was putting pressure on my breast. Then it sometimes just randomly happened. I bought some reusable breast pads that I could just pop in the wash.
