Hyperemesis- Need advice on Prochlorperazine

Can anyone with experience using Prochlorperazine? My sickness in the morning is the worst and I was wondering when everyone takes their first tablet of the day, is it when you wake up or do you wait until your first round of sickness? Thanks in advance

As soon as I wake up. I also use Cyclizine too.

Take it as soon as you wake up. Try taking it with a little biscuit / nibble so you dont have an empty stomach as it can make you more nauseous and make you sick.

I took Stemetil which I believe is the same thing.I took it first thing, with any food I could manage.

I find a chocolate digestives biscuit helps 👍🏻
