So my midwife today told me i need to watch my diet as i have already put on 9 kg at 25w3. And she is worried 3rd trimester weight gain will take over what's recommended.
I have a good appetite and eat good food (no junk food) and obviously been having a bit of chocolate lately...
I tried to reduce my portions but i am hungry.
Just wondering if anyone had tips on how to semi diet or control weight gain later in pregnancy?
Had my GTT today and i don't have GD.
And my BMI pre pregnancy was normal. Higher range of normal i am not skinny but not overweight...
