implantation bleeding twice??

Hi all. this is my first post ever. i am very scared.
i got some brown spotting on 07dec for 2-3 days, only when i wiped. i thought it was implantation bleeding.
Got my BFP on 13dec. tested again thrice following days and BFP everytime.
AF date was 16dec but the witch didn't show up and she is very regular so i was happy.

but since yesterday evening i am having cramps and brown mucus-y stringy discharge (sorry TMI) .
I am scared if it is something serious. could it be implantation bleeding due to further implantation?

Hi lovely, congratulations on getting your positive. Something similar happened to me - I had some very light spotting before my period was due (only really when I wiped) and tested positive a few days later. A few days after that, I started spotting dark brown, both in my knickers and when I wiped. It lasted about 5/6 days. I was terrified it was bad news, and called 111 who told me to go to the EPU at my local hospital as it seemed to be getting worse (although not red/fresh blood). The nurses were amazing and gave me blood tests 48 hours apart to confirm my HCG levels were rising, and I also received 2 early scans at 5.5 and 8 weeks to check on baby. They put it down to implantation bleeding and said it’s very common.
I had my 12 week scan yesterday and baby was wriggling around looking absolutely perfect

I would reach out to your doctor or EPU if you can - it was really important for me to have that reassurance and was never once made to feel like I had wasted anyone’s time.

i visited my doctor today and she prescribed me exactly the same. waiting on my blood reports now. FX
