My hips are aching terrible for the past few days.

It doesn't feel like nerve / sciatica pain. It feels like growing pains.

It's getting worse though to the point I actually feel in pain to walk. They ache and ache and ache through the night as well stopping me from sleeping.

Normal? Anyone else?

Check out pelvic partnership website (google it). All sorts of hints tips and suggestions. Might be normal. Might be pgp.

My hips are by far my worst pregnancy symptom! Had an old running injury in right hip, but through pregnancy the whole of my hip area (right and left) has been incessant at night - so much so it wakes me up several times a night. I've not found an answer to help it but just offering support and sympathy!
There doesn't seem to be much I've managed to do to help it. I do yoga several times a week; I try to do hip exercises. I also don't find the pillow between the knees thing particularly helpful. The only thing I have found at least psychologically helpful is taking magnesium and using lavender to help me sleep.
Hope yours improves!
