Dating scan tomorrow - scared!

I have my dating scan tomorrow, starting to panic! I got the appointment letter 5 weeks ago, times gone so slowly, I am 12 weeks + 4 tomorrow. I have a 2 year old but had a missed miscarriage in February. Had lots of pains and cramps the past 6 weeks, my gp tried to get me an early scan but they wouldn't see me :( so just been waiting for this. I also have to be under a consultant as I have a mass near my ovary which has caused additional pain. I know what to expect but just panicking about it all 🥴

I'm sorry you're feeling all this stress at the moment.
There isn't anything anybody can say that will make you feel better, especially after a previous loss. I know how it feels.
All you need to think is that you will get more information tomorrow.
Are you allowed to take somebody with you?

It’s bad that they wouldn’t give you an earlier scan considering you’ve had a mmc before AND have a mass near your ovary? Has that been looked into? I had something similar once and I had to have an MRI to check it out. Good luck for tomorrow, hope it goes well and you can relax a bit

Thank you both for replies! Just waiting here now, my husband was going to come in but no one to look after my son, they said no children allowed in hospital :(
I have booked a private mri for January o have to wait until then to see what's happening I guess
