Post natal exercise

Ds is 10 weeks old and I've been doing post natal exercises for the last 2 weeks. I really need to start doing some high impact aerobics to burn fat so I don't have to buy a whole new set of clothes for when I go back to work in 4 weeks time. When can I start doing this?

i guess this is in the wrong place for a reply by most people. but i started back into 'proper' exercise after my 6 week check. by which i mean going back to swimming club training (1hr) once a week and doing lots of walking (an hour or two at a time per day) basically though by 10 weeks, i reccon if you're all healed up fine then theres no reason for you not to push yourself (but i'm not a doctor/midwife etc so this is only my opinion)
