Is too much?

If you have a wider family and friends you'll get bought absolutely loads! I'm having twins and have ordered a pack of 3 sleepsuits for each baby (boy and girl) in tiny baby size and also in newborn size. (As not sure how big they'll be when they come out) Same quantity again and sizes in vests.

With older child we got bought tonnes of 0-3 sizes but didn't have a lot of newborn (which they won't wear for very long anyway) so I'd say 7 days worth of vests and sleepsuits

Also where the clothes come from differed hugely - Sainsbury Tu range and mamas and papas come up huge so sized down in them whereas next and boots tend to be a bit more true to size

I'd buy just a couple of things initially and wait to see what size the baby is when it comes out - that way you don't buy loads of really small baby clothes that won't fit

I didn’t bother with newborn clothes, I got up to 1 month (my DC were both around 7lb)

I am getting 5 newborn sleep suits in different sizes.
One is 50cm, one is up to 7lbs, 3 are up to 1 month (56cm). To make sure i am covered whatever size she is.
Also got 3 long sleeve vest newborn size and will get 3 short sleeve i think as i hear the ward is quite warm...

Im pretty much buying 10 of each size.
10 vests in each size
10 babygrows in each size
And a few outfits in each size.

😂 @OverTheRainbow88 definitely agree with the tumble dryer!

I think 10 is more realistic. You can pick them up for cheap at supermarkets. All it takes is one poo explosion and some spit up that misses the bib and you're already down 2 outfits in a couple of hours.

But that would be my minimum, not max.

Well I bought in newborn 6 babygrows 8 vests

Up to one month ive got 5 oufits
8 babygrows
0-3 babygrows I've got 8 babygrows 8 vests
In 0-3 I have 4 oufits
