Maternity jeans help

I have put on weight in my legs since my last pregnancy and my maternity jeans have come down from the loft and they do not fit ConfusedI looked in the Jojo Maman Bebe site as I'd really liked clothes from there before but the reviews say the jeans are really baggy and fall down. This is baby number 4 and I already had a muffin top (cake shelf more like) so I desperately need some comfortable jeans. Help!
Maternity tights recommendations would also be welcome.
TIA

H&M were the only ones that properly fit me and stayed up.

Anyat212 · 19/12/2020 11:28

I really like topshop ones, they are very true to size as well. For tights, I bought some good ones (along with thick leggings) from New Look which were reasonably priced.

ArmchairCritics · 19/12/2020 11:29

Topshop Jamies were best for me, far superior to H&M IMO - much stretchier and comfier and don’t go baggy

Sexnotgender · 19/12/2020 11:30

Jeggings ones from next are the best ones I’ve found. The ones I got from new look very dreadful and wouldn’t stay up.

WalkingMeAway · 19/12/2020 11:39

I really like Dorothy Perkins Frankie and TopShop Jamie

HotDiggidy2017 · 19/12/2020 14:13

I’ve had no problem with Jojo maman ones, I’m size 10 so didn’t want baggy but didn’t want skinny either. What I understood from those reviews was that they are called skinny but they’re closer to boyfriend/bootleg. That suited me as I DO NOT look great in skin tight jeans... my legs are made for hiking if you know what I mean... I’ve been pleased with the 2 pairs I did purchase.

Oneandabean · 19/12/2020 14:39

H&M were the best, next are good too but found the elastic round the bump band has come loose. Also leggings from love leggings are amazing, and I’m someone who despised leggings before pregnancy

Ksi91 · 19/12/2020 14:43

I got some from new look for £18
I made the mistake of going up a size , so they sometimes are baggy on the legs but apart from that , they were fine

Illy605 · 19/12/2020 15:46

I know they’re not jeans but I just received the ASOS Maternity leggings, they’re £8 and absolutely amazing. So comfortable, quite thick and not see through at all 💕

Anon9990 · 19/12/2020 17:11

I also like the new look ones! Very comfortable

Waitingforbabypage · 19/12/2020 18:03

H&M jeans are good, slight stretch in the ones I've seen.
For tights, I use a company called Snag Tights. They're excellent quality and are very comfortable over my growing bump. X

Great suggestions ladies, thank you I am going online and hopefully ordering this evening.
@Waitingforbabypage I love snag tights but they don't seem to have maternity, what did you do size wise? Thanks

@SpeakXMASAndYouCantEnter New Look (I never normally wear them!) Emilie jeans. £13 and absolutely amazing!

welliving · 19/12/2020 20:16

I love the Topshop Joni jeans with the over the bump band - don’t fall down and aren’t baggy on the legs.

I was recently gifted a pair of the skinny fit jeans from Jojo Maman Bebe and they aren’t baggy and don’t fall down either, at least not on me! Look skinny and nice.

Russell19 · 19/12/2020 20:18

Simply be over bump jeans. I wore the same 2 pairs for most of the 9 months

I'm finding the size I usually wear is just fine so far. I can't remember if I got size F or G but I have a big bum (size 20) and small waist (size16) and currently my tights reach to my bra 😂 there's enough stretch in them that my tummy is quite comfortable in them

H&M by far!
I wore them all through first pregnancy, then once I had a csection.
I've now pregnant with DD2 so got more Grin
I did get a pair from new look last time but they were really tight round the waist so were just really uncomfortable

SpeakXMASAndYouCantEnter · 28/12/2020 14:57

Well I ordered several pairs from Next and Dorothy Perkins - nothing fit! All too big on the legs so I'm sticking with leggings & dresses until I fill out a bit more.
Saying that, I already have a sizeable bump, but other areas seem to have shrunk. The maternity tights from Dorothy Perkins are a success though & I'm going to try my snags next.
Thanks ladies
