Talk to me about Prep Machines

As an expecting first time mum, the 1 thing I've had recommended over and over again is a prep machine. Apparently will be a lifesaver and the best money ever spent.

The market leader looks to be Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep, but I see there's also a Day and Night version. Are the perks of the Day and Night machine worth the extra money?

Are there any other brands that you'd recommend over Tommee Tippee?

All advice welcome!

We have the old school model as the day and night one wasn't available when DS1 was born. Ours went to DSIL and then is coming back to us for baby number 2. Defo worth the money and a complete lifesaver. I'd also recommending getting it off amazon. We had one break and it was replaced by them straight away. We struggled doing bottles the old fashioned way for the day and a half we were without the prep

We had the first version

Definitely a life saver with a 3am feed

Will be using it again with my second in June if breastfeeding isn't successful again

The day and night one I think the only difference is it has a little light on it and the beep is quieter

We used the day and night version and it was perfect for what we needed. I think the beep volume and the light could be adjusted and that was the only difference!

Old school version here - I think it's the volume, light and price that's different but I come downstairs to the kitchen any way so thought I'd save myself a bit of cash. It's a lifesaver, my favourite bit of baby kit.

I have the older version. Loved it with my 1st child & will definitely be using it again with this baby

We had the old one. It's amazing. They are a bit temperamental though. Two of ours broke and were replaced under warranty. The cleaning cycle seems broke both. Might have improved though.
