Problem at 20 week scan

Hi I just had my 20 week scan, well I'll be 22 weeks tomorrow. Found out we are having a little girl which is wonderful news, but they found excess fluid around her heart, they said they like it to be under 2.8mm but she has 3mm. So have been referred to a specialist.
I'm so anxious, I know nobody can really help but has anyone had this? I have no idea what they are looking for or what to expect.
Everything else with the baby looks completely normal and healthy.

Just an update for any one that may come across this in the future and has the same concerns, we had the check up yesterday and everything is fine. Still a tiny bit of extra fluid but it is isn't caused by anything that they can see and should go away on its own.
