Hi All,

Does anyone have any book recommendations for a FTM?

Start my holiday/mat leave for the last 4 weeks of my pregnancy from Monday so feel like this is the time to get some reading done!

I have The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding which I am finding helpful and I have asked for the The Little Book of Self-Care for New Mums for Christmas.

Any other suggestions very welcome :)

Not reading but I’ve been doing a hypnobirthing course and it’s been so amazing. If you fancy it I’d highly recommend the bump to baby chapter. Made me feel so much more prepared for labour

We're doing Positive Birth Company's hypnobirthing course. It is so, so useful.
