Unsure of pregnancy dates?!

Afternoon ladies, I need some help! Last Monday I found out I was pregnant, I took a clear blue week test and it said 2-3 weeks. However I know doctors take it from the first day of your last period. However, I have no idea when my last period was?! I came off the implant 15th October, had 1 day of bleeding on 1st November then for 2 days on 10th and 11th November. Would you class that as my last period? I am so confused! I don't know if there is such a thing as an early dating scan if you're unsure? Thank you!

At the moment you work from the 1st November date. Book in with Midwife and they will schedule a 12wk scan based on 1 November. It will likely change at the scan.

Sorry should have said - I'd not mention the 10/11th bleeds.

Does it matter? When you have a scan at 10/12weeks they will measure the foetus and can give you an estimated due date then.

Hi OP, the clear blue digitals usually date from conception rather than last period so a 2-3 weeks on a clear blue would indicate 4-5 weeks pregnant which would tie in well with your bleed on the 10th/11th. Obviously they aren't 100% accurate but I think the fact it you had that small bleed I would personally take it from then. I would mention to the midwife though about coming off implant so not sure about dates etc as they'll have a better idea.

Congrats on your pregnancy!🥰🎉

Don’t panic even if it’s wrong. I went for a 12 week scan with DS1 and it became my 20 week scan. Everyone laughed at me a lot and yes, not ideal, but not a disaster either.
