Just that really - has anyone got any miracle products/ tips for REALLY dull hair and skin in pregnancy please?
I'm 18+5 with a baby girl and I guess it's true what they say! Girls take their mumma's beauty 
Since the beginning of this pregnancy, my skin and hair have been awful. I started with the worst acne - really painful boils all over my cheeks and chin. These have settled but my skin is looking so crap.
I was hoping for that 'pregnancy glow' in the 2nd trimester... sigh
