Bleeding - 11 weeks - Is anyone there?

Hi
I'm 11 + 3. Today I've been having mild - moderate cramps. Went to the toilet and when I wiped there was dark brown blood, probably light-medium period amount.
My cramps are now feeling worse and I've taken paracetamol. My midwife isn't answering. The emergency gynae unit is closed at weekends. I cried on the phone to the hospital receptionist. She said to go to A and E if bleeding gets worse or there's clots.

My 12 week scan is on Monday anyway, doubt they can get me in before then anyway.

Either way there's nothing I can do is there.

Does anyone have any reassuring stories? Please.

Bleeding 11+2
Today I randomly started bleeding, horrible brown blood (like the start of a period). No cramping but really bad back ache and there is spotting whenever I wipe after going to the toilet.
I spoke to the EPU midwife and she told me to keep an eye on it and go to A&E if it turns to red blood. But I basically have to wait for my 12 week scan on Wednesday, they cannot give me an earlier scan due to backlog.
I’ve had a number of MC and it has taken me 2 years to conceive since my last MC. I’m petrified.
Does anyone have any words of comfort/wisdom. I feel like I’m going to go mad waiting for 5 days for my scan.

I can offer any advice lovely, but if you are worried get yourself down to A&E!

If no cramps then it may just be your cervix is irritated or it's old blood which is much better then red blood x

Im currently having the same experience as OP. Im now 11 weeks +5, im now in A&E alone waiting to see the doctor, im having cramps, heavy bleeding n medium clots.

Im expecting the worst but of course I wish miracles can happen. By reading other muns' experience, i don't feel as alone. I want to remain calm n hopeful til the scan.
