Second pregnancy: horrible morning sickness

Is it normal to experience a horrible morning (round the clock really) sickness and a general tiredness during the second pregnancy? I was feeling ok during my last pregnancy, just occasionally sick and a bit tired, and was under impression that the body "gets used" to being pregnant so the second time should be easier.... I'm worried something might be wrong with my pregnancy this time!

This is my first pregnancy and I am nearly 7 weeks. I am exhausted and can't keep my eyes open and feel so horribly sick all of the time - sometimes waking in the night to feel sick. I think it's totally normal and should pass by 12 weeks 😀 doesn't make it any easier - I'm trying to convince myself that it's a good sign baby is growing 😂

This is my third pregnancy and I have felt Progressively worse each time
First one not a whiff or tiredness and only food aversions.
Second pregnancy slightly tired, and small waves of nausea
This pregnancy absolutely knackered, lethargic and constantly feeling sick, it’s awful !

I'm pregnant with my second. I do not remember feeling this shit when I was pregnant with my dd. Constant nausea and so unbelievably tired. I'm just coming up on 12 weeks now so really hoping it eases off a bit soon.
