Can I take pregnacare plus omega-3 while taking ferrex forte syrup

You can have too much iron so you need to look at how much is in each and compare to the recommended guidance on how much is too much. It's the elemental iron that is important not the total, this should be clearly written. I believe the pregnacare has 17mg but I wasn't sure what ferrex forte was so couldn't look it up for you (I assume some sort of ferrous fumerate equivalent but not something I'm aware of). You're better to speak to a pharmacist or your GP/midwife as they'll have access to your bloods and weigh up the pros/cons of the iron amount. Always best to speak to your own health care provider than take medical advice from strangers on the internet
