Hello all

I'm just wondering what success people have had seeing a chiropractor / osteopath whilst suffering from PGP or SPD?

Did you get manipulated?

I'm 24 weeks now and been suffering since 16 weeks and can tell it's getting worse each day.

Due to Covid I'm not being offered any physiotherapy at all and I'm really struggling to get up off the sofa or out of bed. Walking is now becoming extremely painful.

Thanks in advance x

Please please visit the pelvic partnership website (google it). Osteopathy has been a total game changer for me. They have a list of recommended practitioners.

Was on crutches by this point last time. Still can walk (for about 5-10 mins) this time!!!

Sorry to hear you are already in so much pain. I suffer from this as well and can already feel the twinges at 9 weeks. If you live in London try the London School of Osteopathy

They have a clinic specifically for PGP, well they used to.
