How many weeks am I ?

Hi,

I'm struggling to figure out how many weeks pregnant I am- I took tests over the weekend and then again on Monday and all said 2-3 weeks positive.

I was always regular with periods whilst on the pill for years 28/29 day cycle. But when I came off the pill in October my first period came on the 34th day , 4th November- I assumed because my body was adjusting. Turns out on the 2nd month of being off it I find myself pregnant. So I can't really determine a "cycle length"

So 4th of November was the first day of my last period but it's confusing because I was always regular until I came off 2 months ago.

Can anyone help me work out roughly how pregnant I am today?

If you were on the combined pill then your bleeds were not periods but were withdrawal bleeds unrelated to your normal cycle.

4th November would probably be counted as your first normal period so I'd count from that.

Are you not supposed to add 2 weeks onto the number of weeks pregnancy tests give you?

4th November would make you about 5 weeks too

Count from the 4th Nov. Leave the default cycle length in and they will give you a more accurate due date at your 12-week scan. Congratulations!
