ADVICE PLS RE- BLEEDING

hi , can any1 give me some advice me & my partner had a vigorous quickie (sorry) this morning & i had some bleeding afterwards but no pain & its stoppped now , im 38 weeks today I am going to see midwife at 2 , but any ideas on what it may of been? Thanks

Assuming you don't have a low placenta, it's probably just a bit of bleeding from your cervix as it gets very sensitive towards the end. Make sure you mention it to your m/w though, so she can check you out & if anything changes in the meantime get yourself to hospital.

HI Kezjoben, recognised your name from the Nov thread. Can't say for certain, but it's probably just a bit of cervical erosion (that's what I was told in a similar situation), or possibly you've got things going a bit! The MW will be able to tell you, and if you're happy to have an internal she may well have a feel.
Let us know how the appt goes.

PS How have you got the energy for a vigorous quickie? V jealous!!!
