Hi all,
Just after a bit of reassurance really.
My LMP was 30th October, making me around 5.5 weeks today.
My cycles are irregular - can range from 28-35 days in length.
I had a positive OPK on November 10th.

First faint positive was nov 22nd and I had a heavy bleed on the 27th and 28th.

My hcg currently is 830 and this has been doubling and doing what is should over the last week. I have a scan scheduled for next Wednesday which would make me 6.5 weeks.

I'm just all really confused about the dates. I feel my hcg is too low considering I ovulated on nov 10th and I'm just setting myself up for bad news at the scan.
The midwives seem happy the hcg is doubling but it seems like it should be higher ah this stage.

Any advice is welcome x

I don’t have anything useful to add sorry, but I know what a worrying time these early weeks can be. Wishing you all the best and I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you 💕

I don’t really know I’ve not been through this. I hope it’s good news for you. From what I understand though at 6.5 weeks it’s still very early to scan so if you don’t see baby with a heart beat it doesn’t mean things won’t turn out good. I have read so many times on here about early scans not showing baby then they go on to have scans 2/3 weeks later and they have a healthy baby growing. So be ready for that. I hope someone who has been through this comes on soon. But good luck it’s such a stressful time. X

Thank you both for replying.
I'm just very anxious as I've had two ectopic this year and just hoping this is a 'normal' pregnancy in the right place x
