Tired at 31 weeks?

I've just hit 31 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I am so tired!

Is this normal or should I be worried that something is wrong? I've generally felt fine until this week...now I want a nap after walking my dog/getting the washing out/any activity at all.

Ideally I would just like to sit on the sofa with the occasional snack break 😂

I remember feeling quite lethargic in the first trimester but nothing like this... please tell me this is normal and I'm not the laziest pregnant woman ever?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I hope this is normal because this is me rn
I'm pregnant with my first & also working full time in a supermarket , my daily routine is work / food / bath for pains then bed
Sometimes I'm in bed at half 7 at night

First trimester wasn't as bad as this , but our bodies are growing a human , so I think it's reasonable to be as tired as we are

Good luck xx

Same. I'm 31 weeks and constantly exhausted. Doesn't help that I'm struggling to sleep with all the aches and pains too.

As horrible as it sounds, I'm glad I'm not the only one! Grin

Same here! 31w with baby number 2, and between work, pregnancy and a toddler all I want to do at the moment is zzzz. And eat sugar.

I don’t remember it being this bad the first time round but then I didn’t have to spend my nights fending off a two-year-old’s feet Grin

Fingers crossed it’s just a growth spurt and some energy will trickle back to us soon!

Yes it’s normal, the third trimester is exhausting.
