TMI photo warning. Clotting at 10 weeks?

I'm currently 10+2 and this morning when I woke up I noticed dark discharge when I wiped. It then ended up with slight dark brown clots.

I've called EPU and they said to wait it out for the next 24 hours and call again if the bleeding gets heavier or having bad cramps.

I can't stop worrying. I've not had any bleeding or spotting during this pregnancy and now i don't know what to do or think.

Has anyone else experienced this before?

I had a bright red gush at 12 weeks followed by a week of brown/pink spotting. I had a scan but they didn't know what caused it. I'm 34 weeks today.
