Worried- second trimester

I had a bleed Monday night, then had my 12 week scan yesterday, I am 13 weeks all fine, no idea what caused the bleed, I'm still bleeding brown blood atm, and am cramping a lot, no idea why but I'm worried! The cramps aren't severe and are more like period pains. Any suggestions as to what's caused it or how to help the pains?

During the early stages of my second trimester, I would brown bleed, with some red, after we had sex. The first couple of times were scary but I got used to it, and then it eventually stopped.

Apparently your cervix changes mean the area is more sensitive, hence why you may bleed. Maybe call the midwife?

Thanks, I saw midwife yesterday due to the bleed and having to have anti d but everything seems to be ok, I think it's worse cause I'm not busy so am thinking about it
