Have my first scan with my second baby tomorrow. Was anyone else more nervous second time around 🙈 I feel like it's totally irrational but I'm really paranoid this time around, I don't know why 😣

I have my 20 week scan tomorrow for my 2nd and I know I'm not going to sleep all night. I think as me know more about pregnancy good and bad this time round it's harder x

Yeah totally, I'm like that. Can't settle now and I'm normally asleep by half 9 🙈 I'm looking everytime I wipe from having a wee inspecting the paper, any kind of niggle I stop dead and think 'uh oh' even though I know it's just a little growing pain if you like. First time around I don't remember having this much paranoia! X

My 20 week scan is next week with my 2nd. I had to have additional testing after the 12 week scan to rule out downs. My first pregnancy was really easy and I never thought any of the tests would bring anything up. So this scared me. Aside from that I am generally am more anxious this time. I guess I know how much I'm going to love this child and how protective I will be towards it. I didn't really get that the first time. The pregnancy was less real in a way because I had no idea what motherhood would be like. Sounds silly! But I totally get where you are coming from.

Good luck with yours xx

I was just about to comment and noticed your scan was today. I hope everything went well!
