14 week Preganancy symptoms - bloating?

Please help i am suffering some very severe bloating, is this normal? Morning my bump is tiny evening I look and feel 6 months. It’s so bad I have to sleep sitting up because I can barely breath when it pushes on my chest.

Yes it’s normal, at my 8 week booking in appointment my midwife had to check dates because I looked more like 6 months. Everyone guessed I was pregnant before we announced it because I had a big bump all bloat. Gradually it became less bloat and more baby

First trimester I looked bigger than what I was at 20 wks. Totally normal OP. It does subside eventually. I took colpermin in the end but take advice from your doctor or pharmacist before you take anything, if that's what you decide to do.
