Sudden break in car!

Hey ladies was driving with my mum and someone literally ran out in the road so my mum had to hit on the breaks real fast now I'm worried that the jerk of the car might hurt baby I'm 35weeks x

Need some reassurance please

No one on the internet can tell you your baby is ok. Call your midwife.

Are you wearing a pregnancy belt? But agree a quick call just to reassure you might be helpful.

In all probability no harm, but get checked out. If there were any problem with the placenta your baby could be delivered at this stage.

The seatbelt was tucked away under my belly so it didn't hurt me it was just the jerk of the car that I was worried about I did txt my midwife so I will see what she says

Was everything ok? My neighbour was taking me
Somewhere and suddenly had to break I went forward and then back and hit
My back but my stomach didn’t get touched, baby is moving no bleeding and I have a scan tomorrow
