I had the scan today, and theoretically I am 8 weeks pregnant. The conception date is pretty certain as I had IVF.
The person performing the scan said that the baby measures around 6 weeks, and there is a faint heart beat. I’ve been referred to the early pregnancy unit and should be having a follow up scan in 10-14 days. This is my third pregnancy - no issues with the other two. The last two times I had morning sickness, whereas I’ve barely had any this time.
I’m so scared, this has been an insanely rough year. The consultant has told me to continue with my medication, and we’ll just have to wait and see.
