How worrying for you. Is this your first scan? How heavy is the bleeding, any pain? My sister started bleeding at around 10/11 weeks and was convinced she was having a miscarriage. She phoned the hospital and got a scan the same day and everything was fine. She kept bleeding on and off for a few weeks.

I really hope you get good news tomorrow.

@candle18 I have had quite a bit of cramping this pregnancy, I had a bit while at work today and thought maybe i was over doing it (I work in retail) but it went away, it's not heavy heavy but very noticeable when I wipe (didn't see any in knickers) it's red. It's my second scan had one at 6 + 3 which was fine.

Hey, if you've had your 12 week scan and everything looked good, you shouldn't worry. Sometimes due to all the increased blood flow your cervix can be irritated during the scan causing the bleeding. I had bleeding at 10 & 12 wk but my scan confirmed everything was OK. Some pregnancies have unexplained bleeding. Only worry if it doesn't subside in a week and/or you're bleeding profusely or passing clots with cramps. Mostly the bleeding will subside and everything will be normal. Wish you the best and hope everything is hale and hearty with the lil one. Take care!
