Late period

Hi ladies
I stopped taking my pill last month ascit was making me ill. My partner and i have been using the pull out method. For the last week i have been feeling sick and having stomach cramps.
My period is now 4 days late but i have done a test this morning to check and its negative.
Does amyone know why i might be 4 days late if i am getting a negative test

Hey lovely, I stopped taking the pill in September, my period was 2 weeks late and I was nauseous, had horrendously sore boobs, acne, heartburn and backache and was positive I was pregnant, then I had a withdrawal bleed for 16 days lol. It's probably just the hormones if you're getting negative tests and will take a few weeks to settle down :)

Thank you. Just havent had any signs of my period coming over the last few days other then slight cramps and feeling sick. I came off the pill last year to have my twins and my period came right on time so got left a bit confused at being 4 days late with negative tests this time. Just could not bare taking the pill any more it made me so ill when i restarted it x
