So I got the BFP last weekend and I am 5 1/2 weeks 
I am due to do my food shop on the weekend and at the moment, I am freaking out about what I can and can’t eat!
Any advice on quick easy weekday healthy dinners that I could try out? Also any healthy snack ideas would be good 
I haven’t had any morning sickness yet but the last couple of days I have felt a bit sick and feel like I have more saliva in my mouth than usual. So I’m not sure whether that means sickness is imminent or not... In preparation however, what do people recommend for foods to help settle their stomach?
