Has anyone been pregnant and had bfn test

Hi ladies my monthly is about 3 days late now and ive take about 4 test all bfn i would like to hear if any of u have experienced this and was actually pregnant despite having bfn results thankyou

In general 3 days late should be enough to show up on a test. Take another test in about 4/5 days if you really think you are.

I don't know what bfn means, sure I'm being thick, but my period was late, took test, was negative, took another four days later, positive, DS popped out 7 or so months later.

I have had a BFN twice, but usually because I just tested too early. The last time, I tested about 13dpo and BFN, but on 15DPO it was BFP.

3 days late though seems long, but unless you know the exact ovulation date, and implantation date, it could still happen. Best of luck.

I had a bfn 5 days after period was due. I had fertility treatment, so my doctor said to come in for a blood test before we prepare for the next cycle. Had blood test the same day as my neg pregnancy test and it was positive.
With my second i took a test when i was 2 days late and it was negative. Dr suggested blood test if still no period a few days later and i ended up pregnant there too.
I took several different tests.

Well ladies my last period was 26 oct .and my cycle length last month was 36

@Elouera thats the thing i have a couple of apps and 1 sayes i would of ovulted on 17 and othets are saying on 20 i wouldnt really have a clue wen i implanted if i did at all . But yesterday i had a few tight cramps last night but yes i will have to test again in a few days with a frer test

I got my bfp over a week after AF was due after several negative tests. All made sense when I had my 12 week scan and they said I was only 11 weeks and that I must have ovulated late which is quite common

Yes mine took ages to show, had to have my pregnancies confirmed at the GP in the end!

@Freshair85 wow its shocking really because wen u see a negative test u think right thats it im not pregnant as u think a negative is really a negative did u feel pregnant and have any cramps

I took tests from what I thought was my first day of predicted AF- bfn for two weeks, then I took another after 2.5 weeks and got my BFP!

Yeah. Sore boobs, morning sickness, mild implantation bleed but a missed period. After the first time I knew I was pregnant before the tests came back.

@TheGirlWhoLived reallyyy could it of been that u ovulted during that time then got a bfp or was it really from that time your af was due did your scans match your af date x i really havent experienced this before i have 2 kids and they showed up straight away

Yes mine. I took about 4 pregnancy tests all negative around 3/4 days late for my period.
I went to hospital a week later and they said I was pregnant! So it defo does happen xx

@lilly02 u must of been very surprised hun. well il give an udate but if i am it will be my very fisrt experience of this the way how i feel now is very crampy as if af is coming

Just found out I’m around 10/12weeks pregnant (I have really irregular cycles, got dating scan on Tuesday) only got a BFP yesterday and I’ve been taking tests nearly every week xx

Me! BFN until I was 9 days late. I wasn’t tracking ovulation and when I went for my dating scan they pushed me back 5 days ☺️ Good luck!

It's likely that you could have ovulated late which would actually mean technically your period isn't actually late yet. If you aren't tracking your temperature everyday or taking OPKs it's impossible to actually know when you ovulated. Apps don't know your body properly and sometimes the most regular of bodies can throw us a curveball! Id wait a couple of days and test again! Good luck!
